 罗茨风机可以承受的温度范围:

  随着夏季气温的升高,罗茨风机进口处温度升高,加上风机运行期间上升引起的温度上升,机体表面温度高于其他时间。罗茨鼓风机运行时的具体正常温度由进口周围温度工作压力值决定。

  需要注意的是,罗茨风机可以在冬天使用,也可以在零下30度的环境中使用,冬天使用罗茨风机时,低温环境和高温环境会对罗茨风机造成损伤。

  如果输送的气体温度超过摄氏40度,例如温度高的饱和水蒸气,温度高的话,对风机的要求也会提高。例如,材料需要不锈钢材料或风机的防腐处理、更换密封方式、轴承、燃料罐冷却等,要经过特殊处理才能使用。

  罗茨风机可以在冬天使用,也可以在零下30度的环境下使用。冬天使用罗茨风机时要多注意。低温环境和高温环境都会对罗茨风机造成损伤,因此要更加注意。

  1.夏天和冬天使用罗茨风机的话,对风机的检查密度要提高,本来每天要检查1 ~ 2次,要增加到检查3 ~ 4次,一旦出故障,要立即进行停机检查。

  2.水冷型罗茨风机,冬季要注意:防止水冷管结冰、冻结或破裂,停止运转,将水冷管内的水清洗干净。

  3.夏天,罗茨风机的进气温度一般控制在40度,超过这个温度,罗茨风机有时温度太高,容易烧坏电动机。

  4.部分地区气温低也可能与海拔因素有关。海拔高,温度低,选择罗茨鼓风机时要特别注意。不能照常选择,海拔会影响风量和压力。

  5.一般类型的罗茨风机主要位于地面上,环境温度的高低会影响罗茨风机,缩短使用寿命,因此**制作风室,有效控制环境温度,保护罗茨风机。

罗茨风机可以承受的温度范围

  罗茨风机电流超载的直接原因:

  1.轴承油不足引起的阻力增加

  如果风机是*初配套,电动机轴承油不足或轴承垫上轴承油不足会增加电动机的阻力,电动机电流超过允许值会直接烧电动机绕组(如果有空气开关,并且能起到保护作用,则空气开关会突出来)。

  2.风量和风压发生了很大变化,导致风机超载

  除了机械原因外,主要在系统方面。一般来说,鼓风机制造商设计的风机会留下一定的设计余量,电动机进水后,当时电动机电流可能会很高,但不是超载的情况。实际超载表现在风量的增加和风压的变化上,这是风机电流过高的常见原因。

  3.罗茨鼓风机设计不好

  罗茨鼓风机没有设计好,导致鼓风机叶轮失去平衡,旋转时轴承受损,负荷突然增加,平衡不好,导致电动机处于超压超流。

  4.因人的失误而导致超流

  高温季节罗茨风机冷却的基本措施:

  罗茨风机的工作方式是,当电动机通过主轴或滑轮移动主动轴时,安装在主动轮上的齿轮同时向相反的方向旋转安装在从动轮上的齿轮,使啮合的转子一起旋转。这样,外壳和转子形成一个空间,气体从进气口进入空间。这时气体被压缩,被转子推开排放口,另一个转子相对于**个转子和压缩开始的位置,与外壳的另一侧形成新的空间,新的气体再次进入这个空间,被挤压,继续运动,以达到鼓风的目的。

  辅助冷却措施。一般罗茨风机可以降低温度,水冷和风冷,根据技术要求使用风冷,温度高需要水冷,为了确保主要辅助燃料罐的正常使用,需要冷却处理来降低润滑油的温度。一般润滑油的温度不得超过65度。

  冬季,水冷罗茨风机在冬季长期不使用时,要排出所有冷藏的水,避免冷藏的冻结现象。

  叶轮间隙设计,罗茨风机在设计时叶轮之间的间隙也会影响冷却。例如,外壳间隙、叶轮间隙、墙板间隙等也是设计时的设计重点。一些小型企业的设计不完善,设备的寿命有时会缩短。

  叶轮间隙设计要符合一定标准,使用过程中也要检查,每年大检时要对叶轮上的灰尘污垢进行一定程度的处理,使叶轮间隙在标准误差内,不能出现间距太小的情况。

  脆弱部位加强保护。润滑油容易受到罗茨风机高温的伤害,因此润滑油的冷却处理需要多方面保护,除了应用水冷却外,还需要从外壳内部到墙板和润滑油依次降低温度进行冷却。

  影响罗茨风机出口温度的因素主要有罗茨风机的容积效率、工作压力、风机内部泄漏、吸入风的温度等。但是很多因素与制造商的技术水平有很大关系。三叶罗茨鼓风机形成后,已定型。现场可以做的事情是降低出口压力(很多情况下,污水处理厂,水产养殖等受工艺限制,出口压力不能下降),降低吸入风温度,或者人为地通过其他方法降低出口温度。具体地说,现场的三叶罗茨鼓风机冷却可以从以下方面开始:

  1,如果罗茨风机安装在室内。有条件的话,可以装空调和风扇来降低温度。不要吝惜空调和电费。因为电动机温度每上升10度,寿命就会减少很多。所以在室内安装空调可以延长设备寿命,降低出口温度。

  2.部分地区有噪音要求,有隔音罩的话,夏天必须打开隔音罩门。隔音罩形成密封空间,增加环境温度,吸入空气温度高,出口温度高。装有隔音罩的三叶罗茨鼓风机夏天入口温度超过45度。

  3、减少管道弯曲等,可以**限度地减少管道压力损失和其他压力损失。

  4、经验公式,三叶罗茨风机的出口温度=入口温度(10-12)*压力,这里的压力单位是米水柱,(例如水位为6米,管道损失和膜损失(污水厂曝气管隔膜)的压力损失为1米,环境温度为30度时,出口温度为100-114。根据这个公式,可以理解降低入口温度和出口压力的意义。

  5.在距管道出口约5~10米的地方设置水槽(特别是水产养殖、污水处理等风曝气),也是有效降低出口温度的方法。

降低罗茨风机轴承温度的方法:

  罗茨风机的轴承温度也会受到外界环境影响,冬季时室温较低,罗茨风机运行状况良好(室温5℃时,罗茨风机前轴承在80℃左右),而到了夏季,当室温达到30℃以上时,罗茨风机前轴承随着室温上升超过设定跳闸温度。为避免跳闸,机组人员在机壳上加装喷淋水降温作为应急处理方法,但运行中卫生状况较差,以下是降低罗茨风机轴承温度几种简单快速的方法。

  1.简单符合实际的就是在风机外部加装遮阳板,这是降温的直接方法之一。

  2.如果轴流风机、耐磨风机等风机温度升过高,很可能是风机开车时进、出气管道闸门未关造成的。解决办法:关闭进、出气管道闸门就行了。

  3.另外由于箱体剧烈振动造成的,轴与滚动轴承安装歪斜、前后两轴承不同心,风机滚动轴承损坏或轴弯曲,都是影响风机轴承温度的因素之一,解决方法:及时更滑润滑油减少摩擦系数。

  4.电机皮带过松,在这里应注意及时更换电机皮带,调整好皮带轮的位置使其受力均匀。

  罗茨风机转子的常规检查:

  罗茨风机的主要内部组件有:转子、轴承、齿轮、密封、机壳,这是罗茨风机的心脏

  1.在罗茨风机大检的时期,对转子进行清洗,查看表面是否有裂痕。

  2.如果因为轴或叶轮的缺陷,需要更换,那么,把叶轮从轴上拆下,装配时要测量轴和叶轮的装配间隙,重新装配后的转子,需要进行动平衡校正。

  3.我们在检修罗茨风机时,如果发现转子存在有锈迹、铁刺,需要我们进行清理,做抛光处理。

  4.转子的弯曲度检查,转子在正常情况的弯曲程度小于0.08mm,轴颈的椭圆度正常情况下小于0.01mm。

  5.轴颈和轴承的内圈尺寸应当符合要求,如有磨损较大的情况,应当及时进行调整维修。

  6.叶轮表面情况检查,叶轮的表面和轴应当无严重磨损情况,如果有较为严重的磨损,应当找到原因,并进行处理。

 

 罗茨风机转子清洗后的检查:

  罗茨风机检查叶轮表面和轴向平面,有无摩擦痕迹,如有摩掠痕迹,这种现象多数是由于鼓风机出厂试车时,或在出厂后,经过一段时间的存放和搬运,转子由于时效处理不当,产生了变形,在安装现场拆卸鼓风机以前,盘动回转了鼓风机面留下的摩擦痕迹。这种摩擦现象是鼓风机易出现的问题,又很难处理,切不可草率从事,必须认真找出原因,并进行适当的处理。对于摩擦的痕迹可用油石或细锉磨光,但不可过多的磨去叶轮外径,以免影响鼓风机的性能。检查轴的表面光洁度,特别是与轴承接触的部位,有无毛刺、凹痕、麻面及锈蚀等现象,对于轻微的毛刺、凹痕,可以用细锉刀打磨光,然后用细砂布磨平。检查轴的弯曲度和圆度用着色渗透液和超声波探伤检查轴的表面有无裂纹。检查叶轮表面和轴向平面有无裂纹和砂眼。

 水冷罗茨风机工作原理:

  罗茨风机是一种定排量回转式风机,靠安装在机壳上的两根平行轴上的两个“8”字形的转子对气体的作用而抽送气体。转子由装在轴末端的一对齿轮带动反向旋转。当转子旋转时,空腔从进风管吸入气体,空腔另一侧的气体被逐出风管,而封闭空腔内的气体则被围困在转子与机壳之间随着转子的旋转向出风管移动。当气体排到出风管内时,压力突然增高,增加的大小取决于出风管的阻力的情况而无限制。只要转子在转动,总有一定体积的气体排到出风口,也有一定体积的气体被吸入。

  双油箱水冷罗茨风机的特点:

  1.双油箱设计:

  与单油箱风机采用油脂润滑相比改变了润滑方式。由于采用两端机油润滑的方式,使润滑更加充分,显著提高了轴承的使用寿命,避免了因轴承损坏而导致风机转子损坏的频率。

  2.噪音低:

  由于润滑更加充分,比普通单油箱风机的机械噪音明显降低6—8分贝。

  3.温度低、强度高:

  由于大部分机械件完全浸泡在润滑油中,能够有效的降低风机温度,加强风机主要部件的抗机械疲劳强度。

  4.维护简单:

  由于传统单油箱风机的驱动端采用注入黄油的方式,对使用过程中的维护保养要求比较高,尤其是黄油需要从风机油箱顶部注入,从风机外面无法观察到实际的黄油损耗程度,完全凭维护人员的经验来判断黄油损耗情况。因此,维护人员的责任心决定了风机的使用寿命。而本公司的双油箱风机,驱动端跟齿端均有单独油箱,机械体完全浸泡在机油中,而且油箱下端均有油窗用来观察机油的状况,无需像传统三叶罗茨风机那样频繁拆解机壳来观察,减少了维护强度和维护时间,也无需对维护人员的素质有过多要求。更重要的是显著减少了人为因素造成的风机损坏和使用寿命缩短的情况。

  

水冷罗茨风机正确的维护及保养:

  1.检查各部位的紧固情况及定位销是否有松动现象;

  2.双油箱水冷罗茨风机机体内部是否有漏水、漏油现象;

  3.鼓风机机体内部不能有结垢、生锈和剥落现象存在;

  4.注意润滑及冷却情况是否正常,注意润滑的质量。经常倾听鼓风机运行有无杂声。注意机组是否在不符合规定的工况下运行;

  5.双油箱水冷罗茨风机的过载,有时不是立即显示出来的,所以要注意进、排气压力,轴承温度和电动机电流的增加趋势,籍以判断机器是否运行正常;

  6.双油箱水冷罗茨风机拆卸机器前,应对机器各配合尺寸进行测量,作好记录,并在零部件上作好标记,以保证装配后保持原来配合要求;

  7.鼓风机的轴承与齿轮采用飞溅润滑,建议用中负荷工业齿轮油用户也可自行选用合适的润滑油,须保证润滑油与上述润滑油性能相当以利于齿轮与轴承正常运行,油箱中的油量在停车时要保证在油标中线以上润滑油要定期更换(**次启动工作200小时、换**次油),以后每半年换油。注入新油前应用中性煤油把油箱和齿轮清洗干净;

  8.双油箱水冷罗茨风机维护检修应按具体使用情况拟定合理的维修制度,按期进行,并作好记录,建议每年大修一次,并更换轴承和有关易损件。

  双油箱水冷罗茨风机的叶轮与叶轮之间及叶轮与机体之间存在相对运动,处于非接触状态,必须有合适的工作间隙,才能保证既有密封作用又能使风机正常运转。

  Basic measures for Roots blower cooling in high temperature season:

  The working mode of Roots blower is that when the motor moves the driving shaft through the main shaft or pulley, the gear installed on the driving wheel rotates the gear installed on the driven wheel in the opposite direction at the same time, so that the engaged rotor rotates together. In this way, the shell and rotor form a space, and the gas enters the space from the air inlet. At this time, the gas is compressed and pushed away from the discharge port by the rotor.   Auxiliary cooling measures. Generally, roots blower can reduce temperature, water cooling and air cooling. Air cooling is used according to technical requirements. Water cooling is required for high temperature. In order to ensure the normal use of main auxiliary fuel tank, cooling treatment is required to reduce the temperature of lubricating oil. The temperature of general lubricating oil shall not exceed 65 ℃.

  In winter, when the water-cooled roots blower is not used for a long time in winter, all chilled water shall be discharged to avoid freezing of refrigeration.

  Impeller clearance design, the clearance between the impellers of Roots blower will also affect the cooling. For example, the shell clearance, impeller clearance and wallboard clearance are also the key points in the design. The design of some small enterprises is not perfect, and the service life of equipment is sometimes shortened.

  The impeller clearance design shall meet certain standards, and it shall also be checked during use. During the annual major inspection, the dust and dirt on the impeller shall be treated to a certain extent, so that the impeller clearance is within the standard error and the spacing is too small.

  Strengthen the protection of vulnerable parts. The lubricating oil is vulnerable to the high temperature of Roots blower, so the cooling treatment of lubricating oil needs to be protected in many ways. In addition to water cooling, it also needs to reduce the temperature from the inside of the shell to the wall panel and lubricating oil for cooling.

  The main factors affecting the outlet temperature of Roots blower are the volumetric efficiency, working pressure, internal leakage of the blower, the temperature of suction air, etc. However, many factors are closely related to the technical level of the manufacturer. After the three blade roots blower is formed, it has been finalized. What can be done on site is to reduce the outlet pressure (in many cases, the outlet pressure of sewage treatment plants and aquaculture cannot be reduced due to process restrictions), reduce the temperature of suction air, or artificially reduce the outlet temperature through other methods.   1. If roots blower is installed indoors. If possible, air conditioners and fans can be installed to reduce the temperature. Don't skimp on air conditioning and electricity. Therefore, installing air conditioners indoors can prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the outlet temperature.

  2. some areas have noise requirements. If there is a noise enclosure, the door of the noise enclosure must be opened in summer. The acoustic enclosure forms a sealed space to increase the ambient temperature. The suction air temperature is high and the outlet temperature is high. The inlet temperature of the three leaf roots blower equipped with a sound proof cover exceeds 45 ° C in summer.

  3. Reducing pipe bending, etc. can minimize pipe pressure loss and other pressure losses.

  4. According to the empirical formula, the outlet temperature of three blade roots blower = inlet temperature (10-12) * pressure, where the pressure unit is meter water column (for example, when the water level is 6 meters, the pressure loss of pipeline loss and membrane loss (aeration pipe diaphragm of sewage plant) is 1 meter, and the ambient temperature is 30 ℃, the outlet temperature is 100-114. According to this formula, the significance of reducing the inlet temperature and outlet pressure can be understood.

  5. setting a water tank (especially air aeration for aquaculture and sewage treatment) at a place about 5~10 meters away from the outlet of the pipeline is also an effective method to reduce the outlet temperature.

  Methods to reduce the bearing temperature of Roots blower, routine inspection of rotor and inspection after cleaning

  Methods to reduce the bearing temperature of Roots blower:

  The bearing temperature of Roots blower is also affected by the external environment. In winter, the room temperature is low, and the roots blower operates well (when the room temperature is 5 ℃, the front bearing of Roots blower is about 80 ℃). In summer, when the room temperature reaches more than 30 ℃, the front bearing of Roots blower exceeds the set tripping temperature with the room temperature rising. In order to avoid tripping, the crew installed spray water on the casing to reduce the temperature as an emergency treatment method, but the sanitary condition during operation is poor. The following are some simple and fast methods to reduce the bearing temperature of Roots blower.

  1. what is simple and practical is to install a sunshade outside the fan, which is one of the direct methods for cooling.

  2. if the temperature rise of axial flow fan, wear-resistant fan and other fans is too high, it is likely that the inlet and outlet pipe gates are not closed when the fan is started. Solution: Just close the inlet and outlet pipe gates.

  3. in addition, due to the severe vibration of the box, the installation of the shaft and the rolling bearing is skewed, the front and rear bearings are not concentric, the fan rolling bearing is damaged or the shaft is bent, which is one of the factors affecting the fan bearing temperature. The solution: lubricate the lubricating oil in time to reduce the friction coefficient.

  4. the motor belt is too loose. In this case, pay attention to replace the motor belt in time, and adjust the position of the pulley to make it stressed evenly.

  Routine inspection for Roots blower rotor:

  The main internal components of Roots blower include rotor, bearing, gear, seal and casing, which is the heart of Roots blower

  1. during the major inspection of Roots blower, clean the rotor and check whether there are cracks on the surface.

  2. if the shaft or impeller needs to be replaced due to defects, remove the impeller from the shaft, measure the assembly clearance between the shaft and impeller during assembly, and conduct dynamic balance correction for the reassembled rotor.

  3. if rust and iron thorn are found on the rotor during the overhaul of Roots blower, we need to clean it and polish it.

  4. check the bending of the rotor. The bending degree of the rotor is less than 0.08mm under normal conditions, and the ovality of the journal is less than 0.01mm under normal conditions.

  5. the dimensions of the journal and the inner ring of the bearing shall meet the requirements. In case of large wear, it shall be adjusted and repaired in time.

  6. check the impeller surface. The impeller surface and shaft should be free of serious wear. If there is serious wear, find out the cause and handle it.

  Inspection of Roots blower rotor after cleaning:

  Check the impeller surface and axial plane of Roots blower to see if there are friction marks. If there are friction marks, this phenomenon is mostly due to the deformation of the rotor due to improper aging treatment during the factory commissioning of the blower or after a period of storage and handling after leaving the factory.
